THAG's finances are based on long-term investments made by the partners and it operates according to the operating agreement between the company partners. All financial liabilities and assets, cash equivalents, and debt securities are organized by this operating agreement. Furthermore, an annual budget is designated for certification and inspection services to cover all financial liabilities. This budget is provided after the fiscal year is over and the profit/loss report is issued and reviewed by the board members at the annual meeting. THAG is covered under professional indemnity insurance to handle its liabilities, which is restricted to liabilities against regulatory bodies and its clients, with gross negligence compensation restricted only to the fees paid to THAG.
